The Eldercare Locator is a free, nationwide service provided by the Administration on Aging U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and administered by n4a. The Eldercare Locator connects older Americans and their caregivers with information on aging services in their local areas.
With a grant from the U.S. Administration on Aging (AoA), n4a partnered with Scripps Gerontology Center to conduct the 2007 Aging Network Survey of all Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and Title VI Native American aging programs in the nation. The survey was conducted in two parts, and AAAs and Title VI programs were surveyed separately. The survey is designed to assess AAA and Title VI involvement in services and programs that assist older adults to age successfully at home and in their communities with maximum choice and dignity.
If you would like Your Title VI organization to appear in the Eldercare Locator Database, enter your information into the EL Input Form.
