Based on availability, the group rate is available only until Friday July 30, 2010. Hotel reservations can be made by phone.

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancelation of any reservation must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date and confirmed by the hotel confirmation number in order to avoid cancelation fees.
Hotel Policy on Tribal Checks: Tribal checks will be accepted as long as the checks are pre-printed from the Tribal Groups and received at least seven days prior to check-in. If an invoice is needed to accompany rooms paid by check you must contact the hotel accounting department prior to check-in.
Incidental Expenses: Guests will need to provide a credit card or check in the amount of $50.00 additional per day for incidentals at check-in. If incidentals are not incurred this will be fully refunded. Additionally guests have the options of declining incidentals on their account however this will disconnect the individual’s room phone and prevent guest from ordering room service (unless paid immediately with cash).
